Whether you plan to pursue traditional publication or self-publish, it is essential that your book is professionally edited.

In addition to being an author and historian, I am a certified copyeditor and proofreader, having completed my training at the College of Media and Publishing.

I specialise in editing historical books and academic texts, including journal articles and dissertations. My area of expertise is fifteenth- and sixteenth-century England, with a particular focus on the Tudor court and the Wars of the Roses, and a special emphasis on women’s history.

I also work with novelists and am happy to edit historical fiction.
